我们的产品香草预调粉、可可预调粉、咖啡预调粉、奶茶预调粉

这四种产品的共同成分有砂糖、蔬菜胶、脱脂奶粉、奶油粉、奶精粉、钠酪蛋白

注虽成分相同，但在配制每一种预调粉所占的比例都不同。

不同成分

香草预调粉还包含香草精华，香草味素

可可预调粉还包含可可粉

咖啡预调粉还包含咖啡精华

奶茶预调粉还包含红茶精华、香草味素

下面我们简单介绍下这些成分

香草精华是由香草豆磨成细粉

香精味素有两种香精和仿味素

注香草香精贵而且香味易挥发，所以不使用香草香精

但百磨坊的香草味素百分之九十以上与香草粉的味道一样

可可粉未加香精和色素，由可可豆磨成细粉，其粉不溶于水。同时百磨坊的可可脂肪很高，不低于14%，属于高脂可可粉

注可可粉有一个坏处就是味道浓度和色素难控制，这就意味着即使按指标采样，色素深也不代表浓度高

咖啡粉由咖啡豆磨成细粉，然后冲泡过滤，把渣去掉，把水煮成稠浆，晒干成为结晶体。

咖啡豆分类

1、利比卡咖啡豆。这是较低档次的咖啡豆，它是的不需人工种植，成熟掉下地后人工拾起将其晒干。它只有苦味且没有香味

2、罗姆斯卡咖啡豆。它档次比利比卡咖啡豆高点，需人工种植，成熟掉下地人工拾起晒干。它苦味重，不酸，香味不够

3、阿拉比卡咖啡豆。它是档次很高的咖啡豆，需人工种植和采摘。采摘下来后用水洗干净，去掉外壳把剩下的子晒干。它有点酸，苦味不重，但很香，所以阿拉比卡咖啡豆是所有咖啡豆中名贵的。

速溶咖啡粉的分类

便宜类不含阿拉比卡，结合利比卡和罗姆斯卡咖啡豆去水处理后成为结晶体

优质类罗姆斯卡和阿拉比卡结合去水处理后成为结晶体，同时加入咖啡香精

百磨坊速溶咖啡是且不含香精色素。

奶茶粉纯正的红茶结晶体，使用西锡兰、印度的红茶精华（注锡兰是很好的红茶生产地）

红茶精华含茶，这也是百磨坊奶茶粉贵的原因所在。

砂糖马来西亚纯砂糖，是由甘蔗制成的砂糖，其作用是防腐。百磨坊食品都不含防腐剂的

蔬菜胶蔬菜胶枝磨成粉，其作用是增稠感和作为稳定剂。

脱脂奶粉把刚从奶牛身上挤出的牛奶进行油、水的分层，去掉油、水变成固体（注使用脱脂奶粉的目的使做出的饮料更加有实体感，用蛋白质锁住脂肪）

全脂奶粉把牛奶去掉水分变成固体

奶油粉这是宝马企业专属的，它的脂肪高于全脂奶粉。制作方法把奶油加入刚挤出的牛奶中，去水后变成固体。

奶精粉不含奶，把玉米糖浆处理后变成粉，，此时呈现半透明淡黄色的粉，然后去掉草腥味，变成无色无味的粉，加入人选牛奶香精和人选色素，就成为奶精粉，它是不含蛋白质的，价格比奶粉便宜，使用它有三个好处1、降低生产成本2、增加饮料的滑感3、增加溶解度。

钠酪蛋白就是牛奶蛋白。
